OUR PROCESS

We have a streamlined process straight from the requirement of the foreign employer to the departure of the candidates suiting the requirement. Our overseas marketing team is constantly in contact with our clientele for their requirement in their respective fields. The requirement is then passed onto our head office situated at Mumbai, India. Our network is spread out throughout India finding the right candidate for the right job. Our extensive search takes place through various channels from our own database to job portals, news paper advertisements.

The candidates we select then go through our trade testing procedure and therefore the cream of the crowd is procured by us. These selected candidates are then put forth to our foreign employer, with our HR Managers remarks of observation of the candidate and issuance of employment visas.

Once selected, we apply for the candidates emigration clearance with the necessary documents, police clearances, and after which they move forward for medical and Pre Departure Orientation Program organized by the Ministry of External Affairs and finally depart for the destination country.

We make sure that the mobility of the candidates is as quick as possible so that they can join the foreign employer in completing their target within their time frame and also the candidates do not have prolonged waiting periods for departure. To ensure this we have a team of highly professional management working flexible hours, heading towards achieving our aim of satisfaction of both ends.

After selecting the best candidates, we share their CVs with the foreign employer and even set up an online interview via Skype if required. Finally the selected candidates go ahead with medicals, police clearance certificates and then have the visa issued by our respected employers. Following which the contracts are signed.

Departure

Having accomplished the above procedures, we apply for their Immigration Clearances. Now that the candidate is ready with all the necessary documentation, they depart for the Destination Country.
